Ayer en Animal Costa Rica, estuvimos junto a Carlos Jimenez dando la segunda parte del taller de presentaciones, mismo que desde hace ya unos cuantos años venimos dictando en conjunto.
En el taller, entre otros muchos ejemplos, usamos éste (es uno de mis favoritos).
La simplicidad y la sorpresa son siempre poderosas herramientas de comunicación, sobretodo cuando se está “presentando”, porque involucran a la audiencia, entretienen y, más importante aún, facilitan la comprensión del mensaje.
Creo que a nadie en ese auditorio se le olvidará qué es lo que quiso decir Bobby McFerrin. ¿No creen?
